Dr. Rianna Romanowski considers how a patient’s oral health needs and esthetic goals fit into their overall health and lifestyle. That perspective guides her approach to treatment planning.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and graduated from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2004. She went on to complete a general practice residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2005, a prosthodontics residency at the University of California, San Francisco in 2008 and a maxillofacial prosthetics residency at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2009.

Dr. Romanowski takes multiple continuing education courses each year and is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists and the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics. She has practiced in Maine for five years. Outside the office, she enjoys turning her lawn into a garden of trees and perennials and exploring the state.
